A few days ago I had the chance to sit down with a few of the guys that ride in the HellCats Bike Club. Their a really cool group of guys that just like to have fun and always trying to push what they're doing on their bikes. I'm excited to see what they've got planned, and seeing them push things in the Orlando bike community.

Who are you?
HCBC or HellCats Bike Club, we are us.

What does that mean?
We're just a group of kids that love riding bikes. If we could spend all day on them we would. It's something that makes us all happy and it's such a good time.

How long have you guy been riding together?
We'd say it's been a couple of months now. We kinda just came up with the name one day. It stuck and now that's what we use. We're not throwing it around or anything like that. But it means something to us to be apart of it. We're all good friends, and we look out for each. It's nice to know people have your back if you need it.

What is a typical HCBC day like?
Well for most of us at some point during the day we're working, slaving away for the man. there's general at least one of us always riding around the city though. We all usually meet up at sometime in the later evening. We go riding around, try to find parties, have some drinks and get into whatever.

How many "Cats" are there?
Can't tell you everything right now.

Are the HellCats exclusive?
We would not say were exclusive, but it's more of a friend thing. We're not going to get mad if someone was like I'm a HellCat. We cheer them on, and have a drink with them. We're all really chill, and that's why we ride together. It's why we hangout.

Any things to look out for from HCBC in 2009?
Well we're super excited to be putting on an Orlando City Sprint Series, that should blow some people away. And give some people a chance to show what they've got. It's gonna be called "The Quick And The Dead". Get all excited just talking about it. Then some of us are working on putting some other alleycats on, so look out. We're trying to step the game up.
